An early and rare example of British Royal David Linley’s beautiful marquetry-inlaid woodcrafts. This late 20th century dresser or wall-mount valet box is a fine example of the Earl of Snowden’s craftsmanship. Showing impeccable attention to detail and bearing the Linley stamp on the reverse.
David Linley is the nephew of Queen Elisabeth II, and the son of Princess Margaret of the British Royal family and Lord Snowden. He began his woodcraft business in 1985.
Interior has 4 small key hooks and the exterior features two insets for wall mounting. This piece can also be displayed atop a desk or dresser.
