We are pleased to offer private collectors and homeowners the opportunity to place exceptional pieces with Wabi Sabi Vintage & Modern. Each consignment receives the same care, presentation and personal attention as every piece in our collection.
What we consider
Fine vintage, antique and modern furniture, art, lighting and decorative objects, ranging in age from the 17th to the 21st centuries, with particular interest in Mid-Century, Post Modern, and Antique and Vintage pieces of fine craftsmanship. Pieces in their original condition are warmly welcomed.
How it works
- Share your piece. Tell us about it using the form below. We will be in touch to request photographs, dimensions and any history you may know.
- Considered review. We evaluate each piece personally and agree on a list price with you.
- A simple agreement. Our written consignment agreement sets out every term clearly before your piece is listed.
- Presentation. Your piece is photographed, described and presented to our private clients and members of the trade.
- Payment. Once the sale is final, you receive your share along with a detailed statement.
Terms at a glance
- Your share. When your piece remains in your care until it sells, you receive 60% of the net sale price. Should you prefer that we store your piece, you receive 40%, or 30% for sales made after one year in our storage.
- Pricing agreed together. Before listing, we agree with you on the lowest net amount you wish to receive. Any discount or accepted offer is calculated so your share never falls below it, and markdowns never exceed 20% of the agreed list price without your approval.
- Presentation at our expense. Photography, listing and marketing are included.
- Transparency. Every payment is accompanied by a statement detailing the sale.
