A very fine and extremely rare early Heywood-Wakefield (attributed) ornate woven rocking chair with hand-hammered nails on an expertly woven frame. Dating from the mid-late 19th century. Unmarked but consistent in design and materials with other Heywood-Wakefield pieces from this era.
